Alliteration Poem
by Elise Vesty
I found a bruised banana buried under the blackberry bush.
Billy, my best friend, bounded past, “Are you baking a banana and blackberry cake?”
“Don’t be balmy Billy. This banana belongs in the bin.”
A wonderful example of alliteration, but also great use of dialogue and dialogue punctuation. Tino pai!
I love the word 'balmy' - a good example of vocabulary too! Tino pai Elise
ReplyDeleteI like how your alliteration clearly tells a story. I think you need 'barmy' (meaning mad or crazy) instead of 'balmy' warm weather. Well done Elise :)
