This is my floor plan. My dad set me a budget of $250,000 and said to use a cost of $1,500 per square metre.
He also said my house had to have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage.
My house ended up being 130m2 with a cost of $195,000.
The scale of my plan is 10mm = 1000mm (100:1)
