Chef Jackson's Baking


Jackson's ANZAC Biscuits


To make Anzac biscuits you need: 
  1. 100 g butter 
  2. 1 tablespoon of golden syrup 
  3. ½ cup of sugar 
  4. ¾ cup of coconut 
  5. ¾ cup Fleming’s rolled oats 
  6. ¾ cup of Edmonds plain baking flour 
  7. A little bit of hot water 


I had to melt the butter and syrup together.
Then I mixed the sugar, coconut, rolled oats and flour.
I stirred the wet and dried ingredients together, then I
had to dissolve the soda in hot water and mix it in.
I put rounded teaspoonfuls of the mix on a tray. 
Finally I had to bake them for 15 min.
They were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. 
They are yummy!
