I made chocolate chip biscuits. I adapted this recipe by adding 1 Tbsp of cocoa, gluten free flour, quarter of a cup of coconut, changing them into double choc chip biscuits. I also halved the recipe as it made too many biscuits . At the start I forgot to halve the butter so had to weigh it again. I made it gluten free so my Mum and Pop can enjoy them.
I love baking because I love being creative and making people happy.
