Cortez's Lebanese Flatbread

Cortez has been busy in the kitchen. He even shared the recipe in case we want to make it too.

Here are the instructions for lebanese flat bread.

-Mix 1/2 c of flour, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Cover bowl and let sit for 60 minutes.
-Mix in olive oil ,salt and flour to the yeast mixture until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the bowl. 
-Knead the dough for 2 minus. Put the dough in a bowl and lightly cover in olive oil.
-Cover bowl and put in a warm spot until doubled in size (60-90minues).
-Knead to remove air bubbles and put in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
-Roll out golf ball sized pieces of dough until translucent, or as thin as you can get.
-Cook in a hot skillet for 60-90 seconds per side until blistered.
-Transfer to a plate and cover with an inverted bowl until ready to serve.
